How do I track my Optim-Elec delivery?

Track your Optim-Elec order:

Method 1: Email tracking number

  • When your order ships from our warehouse, you receive an email notification with subject "Your order has shipped".
  • Email includes carrier tracking number and direct tracking link.
  • Click link to view live tracking map, estimated delivery date, and parcel status.
  • Updates provided by carrier (Colissimo, DPD, Geodis, TNT) throughout delivery journey.

Method 2: Your Optim-Elec account

  • Log into optim-elec.com.
  • Navigate to "My Account""My Orders".
  • Find your order in the list.
  • Click "View tracking" or "View details".
  • Live tracking information displayed directly (when available).

Tracking information includes:

  • Current parcel location (city, distribution center).
  • Estimated delivery date and time window.
  • Delivery status updates (in transit, out for delivery, delivered).
  • Delivery signature proof (if required).
  • Photo of parcel at delivery (some carriers).

Not received tracking email? Check spam folder for emails from carrier (Colissimo, DPD, etc.). Order may not yet be dispatched if within processing window (6-24 hours). Contact [email protected] with order number for status confirmation.
