How do I place an order with Optim-Elec?

Step-by-step ordering at Optim-Elec:

  1. Browse products on optim-elec.com. Search by product code, brand (Socomec, Finder, Omron, Phoenix Contact), or category.
  2. Add to basket: Click product, select quantity, click "Add to basket".
  3. Review basket: Check product codes, quantities, unit prices. Edit or remove items if needed.
  4. Click "Proceed to checkout" button.
  5. Delivery address: Confirm or enter your delivery address. France and worldwide available.
  6. Billing address: Confirm billing details (may differ from delivery address).
  7. Shipping method: Select preferred carrier (Colissimo, DPD, Geodis). Free shipping on orders over €200 HT in France.
  8. Payment method: Choose credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Bancontact, or bank transfer.
  9. Review order: Confirm all details (products, prices, delivery, total with VAT).
  10. Place order: Click "Confirm order". You receive order confirmation email immediately with order number and invoice.
