I forgot my Optim-Elec password. What should I do?

Reset your Optim-Elec password in 4 steps:

1. Go to optim-elec.com and click the user account icon (top right).
2. Click "Login".
3. Click "Forgot password?" link below the password field.
4. Enter the email address associated with your account.
5. Click "Send reset link".
6. Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for message from Optim-Elec.
7. Click the password reset link in the email. The link is valid for 24 hours.
8. Enter your new password (minimum 8 characters, at least one uppercase, one number).
9. Click "Reset password". You can now login with your new password.

Reset link not received? Wait 5 minutes and check spam folder. If still no email, contact [email protected] with your account email address.
