What happens if a product is out of stock when I order?

• Out-of-stock items are backordered automatically and shipped separately at no additional cost when available.
• You receive two separate invoices and tracking numbers (one for in-stock shipment, one for backorder).

Backorder details:

• Estimated availability: Provided at checkout. Typically 5-15 business days for standard industrial equipment.
• Email notification: You are notified when backordered items ship.
• Priority restocking: Optim-Elec maintains strong relationships with Socomec and European distributors for rapid replenishment.
• Cancel backorder option: If you need items sooner, contact [email protected] to cancel the backorder and receive refund without penalty.

All-items-out-of-stock orders: If your entire order is unavailable, you are contacted immediately. You may modify the order, wait for stock, or cancel for full refund. No payment is charged until items are in stock and ready to ship.
