I didn't receive a confirmation email for my Optim-Elec order. What should I do?

Retrieve your order confirmation email:

Step 1: Check spam folder

  • Check Spam, Junk, Promotions, or Updates folders in your email inbox.
  • Search email for "[email protected]" or "order confirmation".
  • Mark email as "Not spam" to ensure future Optim-Elec emails reach your inbox.
  • Add optim-elec.com to your email contacts to whitelist sender.

Step 2: Verify email address

  • Log into your Optim-Elec account → "My Account""Email address".
  • Confirm email is spelled correctly and matches your email provider.
  • If email incorrect, update it immediately to receive future communications.

Step 3: Contact support

  • Email [email protected] with subject "Missing order confirmation".
  • Include your order number (visible in your account under "My Orders") and email address used.
  • Our team resends confirmation email within 2 hours and provides order status.

Step 4: Check your Optim-Elec account

  • Log into optim-elec.com → "My Orders" to view order status, invoice, and tracking information even if email is missing.

Note: Order confirmation is automatically sent at placement. If you placed order but received no email notification, your order was likely still processed successfully.
