Can I modify or cancel my Optim-Elec order?

Order modifications and cancellations at Optim-Elec:

Modify order (before dispatch):

  • Timeframe: Changes possible only within 2 hours of order confirmation if items are in stock.
  • How to request: Email [email protected] with your order number and requested changes (product codes, quantities, delivery address).
  • Phone requests: Call during business hours (Mon-Thu 8:30-12, 13-17:30; Fri 8:30-12, 13-17).
  • Confirmation: You receive updated invoice with new pricing if applicable.

Cancel order (before dispatch):

  • Timeframe: Cancellation requests accepted up to 6 hours before dispatch.
  • Process: Contact [email protected] immediately with order number. Include reason for cancellation.
  • Refund: Full refund issued to original payment method within 5-7 business days after cancellation confirmation.
  • Restocking fee: No additional fees if cancelled before dispatch. Items returned in original condition.
