How do I obtain my invoice from Optim-Elec?

Retrieve your Optim-Elec invoice:

Method 1: Automatic email

• Your invoice is sent automatically within 24-48 hours after shipment.
• Email arrives at the address associated with your Optim-Elec account.
• Check spam/promotions folder if email not visible in inbox.
• Invoice is a PDF attachment named "OPTIM-ELEC-[Order#].pdf".

Method 2: Download from account

• Log into optim-elec.com with your email and password.
• Go to "My Account" → "My Orders".
• Find your order in the list.
• Click "Download invoice" to save PDF directly.
• Invoices available for all orders (in-stock, backordered, and past purchases).

Method 3: Request manual copy

• Email [email protected] with subject "Invoice request".
• Include your order number and email address.
• Our team resends invoice within 2 hours during business hours.
