Can I delete my Optim-Elec account?

Optim-Elec account deletion process:

To delete your account and all associated data, please contact our customer service team:

  • By email: Send request to [email protected] with subject "Request account deletion".
  • Include your full name, email address, and account number.
  • By phone: Call Optim-Elec during business hours:
    • Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM - 5:30 PM
    • Friday: 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Data deletion timeline:

  • Our team processes deletion requests within 5 business days.
  • Your purchase history and invoices will be archived for legal and tax compliance (6 years under French law).
  • Personal data (email, phone, address) will be permanently deleted.
  • You will receive confirmation email when deletion is complete.

After deletion, you may create a new account with the same email address after 30 days.
